Anna Lorraine (Lucero) Lucero

           Anna L. Lucero, 62, a resident of Las Vegas, NM passed away on Friday, November 24, 2017 at Christus St. Vincent Regional Medical Center in Santa Fe.  She was preceded death by her parents, Reynaldo and Ernestina Romero Lucero; a son, Orlando Lucero; a brother, Louis Lucero Jr., and a godson, Lando Lucero.

            She is survived by one son, Richard Sedillo and companion Lindsey Montoya of Rio Rancho, NM; four daughters:  Mary Helen Lucero and companion Elena Duran of Las Vegas, NM, Monica Maestas and husband Roy of Las Vegas, NM, Victoria Sedillo and companion Michael of Albuquerque, NM, and Teresa Dearmon and husband Thomas of San Diego, CA; four brothers:  Tony Lucero and wife Elvira, Henry Lucero, Charles Lucero,and wife Mary, and Manuel Lucero all of Las Vegas, NM; a caregiver, Elena Duran of Las Vegas, NM; 22 grandchldren and 6 great-great-grandchildren and her beloved dog, Pinky.

            A visitation was held from St. Francis Chapel at Gonzales Funerals & Cremations, 2315 Hot Springs Blvd on Wednesday, November 29, 2017 from 1:00 p. m. until 4:00 p.m. followed by a rosary at 7:00 p.m. from Our Lady of Sorrows Church.  The Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated on Friday, December 1, 2017 at 9:00 a.m.  Father Rob Yaksich celebrated the Mass.  The interment followed in the San Jose Cemetery with the following serving as casket bearers;  Roy Maestas, Fabian Maestas, Roy Sedillo, Michael Romero, Bianca Lucero and Susie Sedillo.
