Chris B. Trujillo, 57, a resident of Las Vegas, NM passed away on Sunday at Vida Encantada Nursing and Rehab Facility following an extended illness. He was preceded in death by his parents, Juan and Elena (Helen) Trujillo, and a sister Anna Romero.
He is survived by two sisters: Edwina Trujillo and Viola Trujillo both of Las Vegas, NM; and the following nephews and niece, Jonathan Trujillo, Matthew Bustos, Andrew Bustos, and Adam Bustos all of Las Vegas, NM, Mark and Phillip Romero both of Phoeniz, AZ, and Stephanie Romero and Peter and Paul Romero all of Las Vegas, NM.
He was born on June 19, 1951 in Las Vegas, NM and retired from the New Mexico State Hospital after 25 years of service as a psychiatric technician.
Cremation has taken place and the Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated this morning at 9:00 a.m. from the Immaculate Conception Church. Father George V. Salazar celebrated the Mass.
