Guadalupe Lupe Gutierrez

Guadalupe Gutierrez, 59, of Villanueva, NM went to be with the Lord on February 15, 2021. He was preceded in death by his son Kevin; his father, Guadalupe; his mother Ciprianna, and his brother Paul.  He is survived by his daughter Adelaida Vigil-Gutierrez; his son, Fernando Vigil-Gutierrez fiancé (Audri); grandchildren:  Alina Payne, Linayah and Vivyanna Gutierrez.  He is also survived by his brothers, Daniel and wife Carmen, Bobby and wife Rose and Patrick (Nancy); sisters: Jane (Greg),  Margaret and a sister Carmen and my many nieces, nephews, cousins, and loving friends.

            Guadalupe worked for the State of New Mexico for several years.  He was a jack of all trades and was always helping family.  Guadalupe loved his family and friends and was always willing to give a helping hand to anyone who needed it. He was known for his good sense of humor, his outstanding ability to build and fix things, but most importantly, for his deep love of family.  He will be dearly missed and will always remain in our hearts.

            Services for both Guadalupe and his son Kevin, will be celebrated at Our Lady of Sorrows Church with a rosary at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, June 2, 2021.  The Mass of Christian Burial will follow on Thursday, June 3, 2021 at 9:30 a.m.  A reception will be held at the Parish Hall, 1810 Plaza.  The interment will follow in Our Lady of Guadalupe Cemetery in Villanueva.  Services will be live streamed on Facebook, oloslasvegas.org, and on U Tube, Our Lady of Sorrows Las Vegas, NM.
