Leroy Phillip Salazar

Leroy Phillip Salazar, 27, a resident of Las Vegas, NM went to be with the Lord on Tuesday, January 19, 2021.  Leroy was a friend to many and a giver to his community.  He was born on February 3, 1993 to Jose M.  and Angela Salazar.  He was preceded in death by his father, Jose M. Salazar; his grandmother, Sofia Salazar; an uncle Anthony Miranda; and a baby niece Ariel Renee Salazar, and numerous other relatives.

He is survived by his mother, Angela Salazar; his grandmother, Elvira Lujan (Ramon); a daughter, Heaven Ortega; a son, Leroy Salazar Jr; brothers:  Clarence, David and James Salazar (Linda Maldonado); sisters:  Clarissa Salazar (Anthony Baca Jr.) Lydia Salazar (Carter Conkle); the mother of his children, Christa Ortega all of Las Vegas, NM and by numerous other relatives and many friends.  Services will be held at a later date.
