Linda Judy (Roybal) Loe

Linda Judy Loe, 63, a resident of El Porvenir, NM, passed away at her home on December 15, 2012. She was preceded in death by her parents, Tony and Natividad Roybal.
She is survived by one son, Lacey S. Loe and wife Katheine of Chino Hills, CA; a daughter, Krystal Loe Hollick of Indianapolis, IN; four grandsons: Anthony and Maxx Hollick of Indianapolis, IN, Lucas Loe of Chino Hills, CA and Kinglsey Fritz of Hacienda Heights, CA; and one great-grandson, Kingsley Fritz Jr. of Hacienda Heights, CA.
She was born in Santa Fe, New Mexico in April 13, 1949 and received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Biology at New Mexico Highlands University. She was a member of the Temple Institute; a volunteer for the La Placita Fire Department; a member of the Acequia Water Users Association in El Porvenir; and a resort manager for the El Rito de San Jose Cabins in El Porvenir, NM. She loved animals and did fossil and arrowhead hunting. She was a good archer and loved to cook. In lieu of flowers the family has requested that memorials be sent to the La Placita Fire Department, HC 33 Box 43, Montezuma, NM 87731.
A funeral service will be held on Thursday, December 27, 2012 in the St. Anthony Church in El Porvenir, NM at 1:00 p.m. The interment will follow in the San Anthony Cemetery.
