Margaret Socorro (Trujillo) Sena

Margaret Socorro Sena, 83, a resident of Las Vegas, NM, passed away on Sunday, January 30, 2022 following an extended illness.  She was preceded in death by her husband, Roger Sena; her parents Jesus and Maria Aragon Sena; and her two brothers, Agapito and Pete Trujillo

            She is survived by tree sons:  Chris Sena and wife Sylvia of Las Vegas, NM, David Sena and wife Geneva Sandoval of Raton, NM, and Michael Sena and wife Delaine of Superior, Colorado; two sisters: Antonia Campbell and husband Harry of Las Vegas, NM and Flora Pacheco of Denver, Colorado; 12 grandchildren and 20 great-grandchildren.

            She was born in Trujillo, New Mexico on May 1, 1938 to the late Jesus Maria Trujillo and Soledad Aragon. She was a member of Our Lady of Sorrows Church and loved fishing, hunting, and sewing.   Services will be held at Our Lady of Sorrows Church on Saturday, March 5, 2022 beginning with a rosary at 9:30 a.m. followed by the Mass of Christian Burial.  Father Rob Yaksich will celebrate the Mass.  The interment of her cremains will be in Mt. Calvary Cemetery.
