Nathubhai L Bhakta

Nathubhai L. Bhakta, 82, a resident of Las Vegas for the past 26 years, passed away at Alta Vista Regional Hospital following a brief illness. He is survived by his wife, Lalitaben Bhakta of Las Vegas, NM; one son, Hasu Bhakta of Las Vegas, NM; six daughters, Jashuben Bhakta of Atlanta, GA, Badmaben Bhakta of Phoenix, AZ, Guniben Bhakta of Savannah, GA, Hansa Bhakta of Los Angeles, CA, Ranjah Bhaketa of San Antonio, TX, and Bhuana Bhakta of Ruidoso, NM; 16 grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. He was born in Dhaman,Gujarat, India on May 6, 1925 to the late Lakhabhai H. and Diwaliben Bhakta. He was a suger kane farmer by trade. A prayer service will be held this evening 6:00 p.m. at Gonzales Funeral Home. A funeral service will be conducted on Wednesday morning at 10:00 a.m. from Our Lady of Sorrows Church. Cremation will follow the services.
