Steven F. Gabaldon

Steven F. Gabaldon, 41, a resident of Las Vegas, NM, passed away on March 4, 2022.  He was preceded in death by his grandparents: Tircio and Nora Romero and Philberto and Alicia Gabaldon, and his brother, Matthew Gabaldon. He is survived by his parents, Tino Gabaldon, and Anna Romero of Lasa Vegas, NM; a sister, Starlette Gabaldon (Navor Trujillo) a son, Aaron Gabaldon and two step-children, Angel and Adrian Sanchez nephew Aaron Gabaldon and numerous nieces and nephews, aunts and uncles.

            Steven was a great father, son, and brother.  He was loving, caring and filled with so much joy.  His smile would fill a room instantly.  His greatest joy was his friends, “his Homes” as he would say.  He was always the best comedian.  The very best of him was how proud he was and will always be proud to be a father.  With all said in only Stevens words “Puro Amor”.

            Services will be held from Our Lady of Sorrows Church with a rosary at 9:00 a.m. followed by the Mass of Christian Burial on Friday, April 1, 2022.  Father Rob Yaksich will celebrate the Mass. The interment will follow in Mt.  Calvary Cemetery.  Urn bearers will be Rodger Romero and Adam Archuleta. Honorary urn bearers will be Ran Gabaldon, Anthony Padilla, Juan Crespin, Fred Lucero, Jerome Cuate Garcia, Jessie Lee Romero, Josh Angel, Alyssa Wilson, Michelle Lucero, and Jasmin Brito.
